Shipping policy

Forged Collectables prepares and ships physical products to customers. All shipping prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Processing and dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days. Printed items are dispatched within 3–5 business days. These are processing times before dispatch, not delivery times. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

For custom 3D printing orders requiring a quote, production begins after the design and final price are approved and payment is received. Any project-specific timeframe will be confirmed with you.

Shipping costs

Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout and depend on your destination, the products ordered and their weight.

Australian standard shipping for products in our general shipping profile is A$10.95 for weights up to 500 g, A$14.95 for weights over 500 g up to 1 kg, A$18.95 for weights over 1 kg up to 3 kg, and A$22.95 for weights over 3 kg up to 5 kg.

Trading cards have separate shipping options. Australian untracked letter / small box rates are A$2.00 up to 10 g, A$4.00 over 10 g up to 15 g, and A$12.00 over 15 g. Tracked letter / small box rates are A$6.00 up to 10 g, A$7.50 over 10 g up to 15 g, and A$12.00 over 15 g. The options available for your order are shown at checkout.

New Zealand shipping options are available for eligible orders, with charges displayed at checkout.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the shipping service and destination. Processing time is additional to carrier transit time. Untracked shipping does not include parcel tracking.

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@forgedcollectables.com.au with your order number so we can help. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
