Campaign and payment

The funding campaign closes on 31 October 2026, with a target of 60 paid binder preorders, excluding cancelled or refunded orders. Payment is collected in full at checkout. These are preorder items and are not available for immediate dispatch.

Campaign outcome

If the target is reached, production is expected to begin immediately after the campaign closes. If the target is not reached, Forged Collectables may cover the shortfall and proceed without any additional charge to customers.

We will confirm the outcome within five business days after the closing date. If we do not proceed, we will cancel the binder preorders and initiate full refunds within that period, including shipping charges attributable solely to those binders. No restocking or cancellation fee will apply.

Production and dispatch

Production and shipping to us are estimated to take 20–40 days. We expect to dispatch customer orders within 45 calendar days of production starting. Delivery to your address takes additional time, depending on your location and shipping service.

We will confirm when production begins and notify customers of changes to the estimated dispatch date. Customers may cancel before dispatch if they do not wish to wait.

Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your preorder at any time before dispatch for a full refund, including shipping charges attributable solely to the cancelled items. Contact us with your order number. No cancellation or restocking fee applies.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a change-of-mind return. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and saleable condition.

A restocking fee of 10% of the price paid for the returned binder will be deducted from the product refund. Customers pay return postage, and original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. These conditions apply only to voluntary change-of-mind returns.

Faulty products and consumer rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your binder is faulty, damaged on arrival or does not match its description, contact us so we can assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.

The 14-day change-of-mind limit, original-packaging requirement and restocking fee do not apply to consumer guarantee claims. Where legally required, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights under applicable Australian or New Zealand consumer law.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time.

Presale price

The presale price is $25 AUD per binder until Forged Collectables receives the shipment, after which it increases to $32 AUD. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If production proceeds, the presale pricing period may continue beyond the funding and giveaway entry deadlines.

Eligibility and entry

Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand of all ages. The promoter and anyone administering the giveaway or selecting winners are not eligible.

Customers must be signed into their Forged Collectables account when purchasing the Pre-Order 9-Pocket Binder — Black/Purple.

Each eligible binder purchased earns one entry, up to three entries per person across all orders and accounts. There is no separate entry fee. Additional accounts do not increase the limit.

Entry period

Opening date and time: 22/9/2026.

Entries close when the first 60 paid binders have been purchased during the promotion, or at 11:59 pm Melbourne time on 31 October 2026, whichever occurs first.

The cutoff refers to binder purchases, not 60 people or necessarily 60 valid entries. Purchases are counted in payment order, subject to the three-entry limit. If an order crosses the cutoff, only binders within the first 60 purchases qualify.

Once entries close, they will not reopen, even if purchases are subsequently cancelled or refunded. Later purchases do not receive entries.

Cancellations and refunds

An entry becomes invalid if its associated binder purchase is cancelled or refunded before that binder is dispatched. Only entries associated with cancelled or refunded binders are removed. Invalid entries will not be replaced after entries close. If production proceeds, the giveaway will run with the remaining valid entries.

These conditions do not restrict cancellation rights under the preorder terms or rights under consumer law.

Prizes

Maximum total prize pool: $150 AUD. Forged Collectables pays postage for the physical prize to the winner's Australian or New Zealand address.

Store credit

Prize credit is denominated in AUD and does not expire. It can be used towards eligible in-stock products. Shipping and any purchase amount exceeding the available credit must be paid separately.

Winner selection

There will be three different winners, with one prize maximum per person. Winners will be drawn randomly from valid entries, in first-, second- and third-prize order. After each winner is selected, all of that person's remaining entries are removed from subsequent prize draws. Each valid entry has an equal chance within the draw in which it participates.

The draw takes place within 14 calendar days after Forged Collectables receives the binder shipment. Eligibility will be checked before prizes are awarded.

Production outcome

If fewer than 60 binders are purchased but Forged Collectables covers the shortfall and proceeds with production, the giveaway will still proceed.

Presale pricing

Binders remain $25 AUD each until Forged Collectables receives the shipment, then increase to $32 AUD each. Shipping is calculated at checkout. The presale pricing period is separate from giveaway entry: purchases after entry closes do not receive entries, even while the $25 price remains available.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under applicable Australian or New Zealand consumer law.
